Pricing questions
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. On Bespoke, that is $1,500 a year instead of $1,800.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who can log in — on the web dashboard, the mobile app, or both. One person is one seat, whatever they use. Your account admin always holds the first seat and decides who else gets one.
Do employees who never log in need a seat?
No. You can keep every employee on your list, and record who did each job, without giving them a login.
What happens when we run out of seats?
Your admin requests more seats from inside ModaFlow, sees the exact cost first, and the seats are added once paid.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down takes effect from your next billing period. Your data is never deleted.
Can I combine discounts?
The Discount Grant is the only discount, and it applies on top of annual billing.
Do you charge tax?
US customers pay applicable sales tax. Customers outside the US pay no tax.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
