Users pool across your whole account — 10 users from the Full Stack Bundle isn't 10 people each locked to one module, it's 10 seats you assign roles and module access to however your team is actually structured. Storage stacks per module as you add them — Designing alone gives 5GB; Designing + Business + Production gives 5 + 2 + 1 = 8GB combined. The Full Stack Bundle includes more storage (15GB) than buying all seven modules separately would total (13GB), at $100/mo less than the individual sum.
Worked example
A growing brand running Designing + Business + Production pays:
• Monthly billing: $250/mo for a 6-user pool and 8GB combined (5GB + 2GB + 1GB).
• Yearly billing: $200/mo (billed $2,400/yr) for the exact same setup.
Add two extra users to the pool and 5 extra GB on Designing: +$10 (2 users at $5/mo) + $5 (5GB at $1/mo) = +$15/mo. Monthly total: $265/mo; Yearly equivalent total: $215/mo.

Pricing questions
Do I need every module to start?
No — Designing is the only mandatory module.
Is there a bundle instead of buying modules one by one?
Yes — the Full Stack Bundle covers all seven current modules (everything except Retail Management) for $400/mo (or $320/mo billed annually), 10 users, 15GB combined — cheaper and with more storage than adding all seven individually.
How does the $5/user pricing work?
Each module adds a base number of users to your account's shared pool (2 from a $100 module, 1 from a $50 module) — the pool isn't split per module, so any pooled user can be assigned a role on any module you own. Add more users to the pool at $5/mo each.
How are user roles assigned?
Inside the platform, not on this pricing page — once a module is active, you assign each pooled user a role and permission level that controls which modules and actions each person can access.
How does storage work?
Each module adds a fixed amount to your combined storage: Designing gives 5GB, Tailoring and Business each add +2GB, and Procurement, Production, Logistics, and eCommerce each add +1GB — regardless of how many users you have on that module. Extra storage beyond that is +$1/mo per GB.
When does Retail Management launch, and what will it cost?
March 2027, at $100/mo per shop (2 users, +2GB per shop included). Join the waitlist to be notified.
Will there be POS hardware?
Yes — card readers, receipt printers, and barcode scanners are sold separately from the $100/mo Retail Management price. Hardware pricing hasn't been announced yet.
