When a service order is done, your office records a completion note: who did the work (your tailor or an outside workshop), the time it took, the material used, any other expenses, and the final quality photo.
Next step on its own
When a round is complete, choose the next fitting or delivery; the appointment or delivery job is created for you.

Do my tailors need the app?
No. Your office records each job. If you want tailors to receive and report jobs on their phones, that is part of In-house Production.
Can I keep my existing customers' measurements?
Yes. Measurements are brought in as part of onboarding.
