One thread from design to delivery to profit.
Every handoff in an apparel business, mapped into one system. Here is how the work moves.
ModaFlow only shows the orders you can deliver.
Not every order is the same kind of sale. Before showing an option, ModaFlow checks what your plan includes, so your team is never offered a choice they cannot fulfil.
| Order type | What it is | Available on |
|---|---|---|
| Product order | A customer buys something you already have in stock — clothing, accessories, footwear, fragrance. | Every plan |
| Design order | A customer buys one of your own designs, from stock you have made or straight into production. | Every plan (into production on In-house Production) |
| Service order | A customer wants a piece made for them, or an alteration, with fittings. | Bespoke and above |
Step 1 — Design.
Every design is built the same structured way — region or style origin (Eastern, Western or Arabic), gender, apparel category, specific item — then the detail a tailor needs: the cut, the fabric picked from your live stock, the trims, and the embroidery position, size and pattern. Anyone on your floor can pick up the record and make the piece correctly, this season or five seasons from now.
Step 2 — Source.
When an order comes in, ModaFlow checks the materials it needs against your stock. On the Outsourced and In-house Production plans, a shortage raises a purchase request for you. Requests and confirmations go to your supplier by email, and a pickup is booked when the supplier confirms. If a material has to change, ModaFlow proposes an alternative and sends it to the customer; work continues only after they approve, and the whole exchange stays on the order.
Step 3 — Make.
Each job is given to the person doing it — your own tailor or an outside workshop. On In-house Production, it arrives on their phone; they send back photos and notes when it is done, and the order moves to its next step on its own. On other plans, your office records the result: who did it, how long it took, the material used, and the final quality photo.
Step 4 — Fit Bespoke and above
- 1Fitting happensPhotos and notes are recorded.
- 2Material recalculatedIf the change affects how much fabric is needed.
- 3Sent to the customerBy email.
- 4Customer confirmsWork moves on only after sign-off.
- 5Kept on recordPermanently attached to the order.
Step 5 — Deliver.
A pickup or delivery job is created the moment it is needed — when an order is ready to dispatch, a supplier confirms, a piece passes its final check, or a fitting is approved. Local drop-offs and long-distance shipments are kept as separate lists, and every pickup and delivery is confirmed as it happens.
Step 6 — Account.
Every sale rolls into a daily report. Every expense is tagged to the order or overhead it belongs to. Tax is applied to each invoice for your region. At any moment you can see what you earned, what you spent, and what customers still owe you — and for how long.
